LeaseChat may utilize or offer access to artificial intelligence tools, products, and/or services ("AI") for specific purposes in connection with our Services. All AI features in the LeaseChat platform are powered by integrations with hosted third-party models provided by OpenAI. Your interaction with our AI features, as well as information you provide during your use of services (such as "Ask AI," "AI Merge," or other designated AI-enabled functions), may be collected and processed as described in this Policy. For quality assurance, usage monitoring, and to detect misuse, LeaseChat may store user-submitted prompts (such as questions entered into "Ask AI") in a secure internal environment. These stored prompts are not used to train, improve, or develop any AI models, and are not shared with third-party model providers for such purposes. LeaseChat will not use Your personal information to train models (via generative artificial intelligence) unless we obtain Your consent. We do not use Your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your use of AI tools within LeaseChat depends upon the information that you and/or our clients submit for these purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of all data input into such tools as well as for validating the accuracy and appropriateness of any output. LeaseChat's AI features are intended solely as assistive technologies and are not designed or intended to replace or override human decision-making. You may not use our AI features to make or substantially assist with any legal, financial, or employment decisions. LeaseChat does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content produced via AI. We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using administrative, technological, and physical safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain and protect it from accidental loss, unauthorized access or use, or any other inappropriate or unlawful processing. However, because no information system can be 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
